Reuben & Miléna
Reuben & Miléna – Surprise Visit!
While back in New Zealand for a visit after relocating to Cyprus, Reuben & Miléna will be making a special appearance.
Reuben & Miléna are qualified Latin dance instructors who recently moved from New Zealand to Cyprus, where they launched Salsa Latina Cyprus. They also continue to operate their highly successful dance school, Salsa Latina New Zealand.
Over the years, they and their students have earned numerous national and international accolades. Together, they bring more than 50 years of combined dance experience, including 25 years each of dancing, teaching, and performing. Both are International Pro/Am Champions, and their Salsa and Bachata performance teams are the current New Zealand Champions.

Gina & Nicolas
Gina & Nicholas – Directors & Instructors, Latin Soul Dance. Nicholas discovered his love for Latin dance at 15 in his home country of Chile, where he trained and taught with one of Santiago’s largest salsa teams. After moving to New Zealand in 2016, he began sharing his passion for Cuban Salsa (Rueda de Casino) with the Queenstown community. Gina first met Nicholas as a student in one of his classes and quickly fell in love with the music, culture, and connection that dance brings. Before long, she was teaching salsa classes herself and helping grow the local dance community. Together, Gina and Nicholas founded Latin Soul Dance, creating a welcoming space where people can learn, connect, and have fun through dance. They have taught workshops across New Zealand, performed at festivals and events, and continue to inspire dancers of all levels with their energy, experience, and love for Latin dance. Their mission is simple: bring people together, share great vibes, and help everyone discover the joy of dancing.
Saione
Saione (aka Mr. Viva!) is the Director of Viva Dance Studios in Auckland. Saione has had the pleasure of teaching thousands of people to dance over the past 20+ years, sharing his passion across various styles including Modern Jive, Hip Hop, Line Dance, Zouk, Kizomba, Bachata, and of course, Salsa! Known for his lively energy and the ability to bring people together through dance, Saione brings the fun to every class. When he’s not on the dance floor, he’s busy organizing some of New Zealand’s top Latin events, including the Latin Fiesta cultural festivals, the Grand Auckland Salsa Ball, NZ Latin Dance Championships, and NZ Salsa Congress. Join him for a lively, feel-good Party Dances workshop and get ready to move, laugh, and groove!
